Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund and Return Policy for Discounted or Bundle Items

Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid by the customer. No refunds will be issued at the full price.
Bundle or Other Promotional Items: When an item is purchased as part of a discounted bundle, quantity discount, or other promotion, returning one of the discounted items will result in the loss of the discount applied to the returned item (except in the case of an exchange for a similar item, such as a different color or size). In other words, the refunded amount for the returned item will be calculated based on the discounted price.

10% off when purchasing 3 Tiffany T-shirts.

You want to return one of the 3 T-shirts.
